Digital Communications was founded in July 1993 with owners who had wireless experience since 1989. Beginning with one store located on the south side of Edmonton, with only a handful of employees, Digital Communications has expanded the company to include 35 retail stores. Included in these stores are 3 on-site full service locations; 1 in Edmonton, 1 in Calgary and 1 in Burnaby to provide the best customer service possible.

We have a very experienced and focused management team. Our focus is both with businesses and consumers. Heading up our Business Services' Group is our Vice President of Business Solutions, Dennis Goddard. Through that group we offer a full line of voice and data expertise, as well as a complete range of the latest GSM/GPRS technology, which is the most recognized world standard. As a long-standing company within our communities, Digital Communications gives back as much as possible. As a co-sponsor for the Cross Cancer Institute for the last several years, Digital Communications has helped raise over $2.5 million dollars in the fight to conquer cancer. This year’s goal will help with the purchase of a Research MRI, helping to develop new and more effectively targeted cancer treatments.

Digital Communications is growing and expanding their business-to-business team, while leading the way throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Their focus is applications and solutions for the mobile wireless data revolution. Digital Communications is considering a couple additional areas for new wireless stores, and intends to finalize their plans in the near future.
